Apple of our Eye
A Ginderella twist on the classic French 75
Ingredients
5 cl. Ginderella
3cl. lemon juice
2,5 cl. sugar sirop (1:1)
A lot of ice
Top off with dry apple cider
Glass: coupe
Method
This cocktail is inspired by the French 75 that mixes sugar, gin, lemon and champagne in a french style 'coupe'. We replace champagne by dry cider. Put all the ingrediënts, except the cider, in a shaker and shake. Then strain. Top it of with cider. The taste of apple combines very well with the earthly herbs of Ginderella.
Cider tip: Mere poulard bouché.
